摘  要:疫情防控期间,快递行业为人们居家生活提供了有力保障,中国邮政速递物流公司作为快递行业中的“国家队”发挥了不可替代的作用。人们在家通过网络可以买到各种生活必需品。与此同时,也暴露出了一些问题:许多小区禁止快递员进入,快递员只能在小区门口摆摊设点等候取件人,这极大地影响了派送效率。因地制宜地设立快递自提网点可以有效解决末端配送问题。通过调研用户的自提意愿、现有自提网点的运营成本、北京城市副中心区域内各小区的住户数以及估计快递量,以副中心区域内的四百多家便利店为备选自提网点,建立整数规划模型,对邮政速递自提网点进行布局优化。研究结果可以为快递公司布局自提网点提供参考。During the epidemic prevention and control period,the express industry has effectively guaranteed people s isolated life at home,and China Post Express&Logistics Company,as the“national team”in the express industry,has played an irreplaceable role.People can buy all kinds of necessities through the Internet at home.At the same time,some problems have also been brought out.Many communities are managed in close style,which forbid the courier to enter the community.The courier can only wait for the consumer at the entrance of the community,which greatly affects the delivery efficiency.The establishment of self-delivery outlets can effectively solve the last-mile problem.This paper investigates the user s willingness of self-delivery,the operation cost of the existing self-delivery outlets,and the express package volume of each community in the sub center area of Beijing city.More than 400 convenience stores in the sub center area are selected as alternative self-delivery outlets,and an integer planning model is established to optimize the layout of the self-delivery outlets.The research results can provide a reference for the layout of self-delivery outlets of express companies.
