摘  要:丁二酸是重要的C4平台化合物,采用生物发酵法、以可再生生物质资源和温室气体CO2等为原料的制备路线具有显著的优势,近年来成为国内外研究热点。目前已经有多个生物基丁二酸的产业化生产装置,但其制造成本仍然比石油基丁二酸的要高。鉴于此,本文中,笔者针对国内外生物基丁二酸研究和生产现状,从生产菌株、底物碳源、生产工艺三方面进行综述,发现现有微生物发酵法生产丁二酸仍然存在诸多技术屏障,生产的经济性有待进一步提高,并提出了未来几条经济性较高的丁二酸合成路线。Succinate is an important chemical in C4 platform.Fermentation production of succinate has obvious advantages due to the use of renewable resources and fixation of greenhouse-gas CO2,gaining worldwide attention for the past few years.Recently,several industrial facilities have been established although the cost is still higher than that of petroleum-based production.Based on that,this review focuses on strains,substrates,processes to summarize the progress of research and industrialization on succinate production by fermentation,indicating that there are still several technical barriers in bio-based production of succinate,and the production economy needs to be further improved.Finally,several economical synthesis routes of succinate are proposed.
