摘　　要：目的观察钛缆结合针尾带孔克氏针治疗成人尺骨鹰嘴骨折的临床疗效。方法 2012 年 1 月至 2019 年 12 月,采用钛缆结合针尾带孔克氏针治疗成人尺骨鹰嘴骨折 42 例,其中男 27 例,女 15 例,平均年龄 39 (21~65) 岁,左侧骨折 25 例,右侧骨折 17 例。按 Mayo 分型,Mayo IB 3 例,Mayo IIA 29 例,Mayo IIB 10 例。术后观察骨折愈合、肘关节功能及并发症发生情况。结果本组术后无切口并发症、内固定物松动及断裂发生,平均随访时间 12 (6~18) 个月,骨折全部愈合,平均愈合时间为 8.6 (7~12) 周。根据 Broberg-Morrey 肘关节功能评分标准,优 38 例,良 3 例,可 1 例。结论钛缆结合针尾带孔克氏针治疗成人 Mayo I 型及 Mayo II 型尺骨鹰嘴骨折是一种较为有效的方法,值得临床推广。Objective To observe the clinical effect of titanium cable combined with Kirschner pin with a central hole on the tail end in the treatment of olecranon fracture in adults.Methods Forty-two cases of olecranon fractures were treated with titanium cable and Kirschner pin with a central hole on the tail end from January 2012 to December 2019,including 25 left fractures and 17 right fractures in 27 males and 15 females with an average age of 39 years (range:21-65 years).Mayo classification:3 cases were of Mayo IB,29 cases IIA,and 10 cases IIB.Postoperative fracture healing,elbow functions,and complications were observed.Results All patients were followed up for 12 months on average (range:6-18 months).No incision-related complications,internal fixation loosening,or breaking occurred.Fracture healing was achieved in all patients with an average of 8.6 weeks (range:7-12 weeks).Broberg-Morrey’s elbow function results:excellent in 38 cases,good in 3 cases,fair in 1 case,and poor in 0 case.Conclusions Titanium cable combined with Kirschner pin with a central hole on the tail end is worthy of clinical promotion in the treatment of olecranon fracture in adults with satisfactory outcomes.
