早期整形修复应用于手部深度烧伤的效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨手部深度烧伤患者早期整形修复的效果。方法抽取2014年7月至2019年7月于郑州大学第五附属医院实施诊治处理的手部深度烧伤患者200例作为研究样本,将全部入选患者按数字随机表分为对照组与观察组,每组100例。对照组采取延迟整形修复治疗方案,观察组采取早期整形修复治疗方案。比较分析两组患者的治疗结果和治疗期间两组患者感染、麻木、皮瓣坏死等并发症发生情况;比较分析两组患者的生活满意度、社会评价、健康得分、情感指数等生活质量指标评分。结果对照组与观察组患者的治疗有效性分别为84.00%、96.00%,与对照组比较,观察组患者的治疗有效性显著提高(P<0.05);对照组与观察组患者的并发症发生率分别为21.00%、5.00%,与对照组相比较,观察组患者的并发症发生率呈现明显下降趋势(P<0.05);与对照组相比较,观察组患者的生活满意度、社会评价、健康得分、情感指数等生活质量指标评分均呈现明显提高趋势(P<0.05)。结论早期整形修复在手部深度烧伤修复治疗中的应用价值较为理想,有利于改善患者的临床症状,提高临床治疗效率,加快患者手部功能的恢复进程,且安全系数较高,有利于提升患者的生活质量。Objective To discuss the effect of early plastic repair in the treatment of hand deep burn.Methods Two hundred patients with deep burn of hand who were treated in the Fifth Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from July 2014 to July 2019 were selected as the study samples,and all the selected patients were divided into control group and observation group by the digital random table.The control group was treated with delayed plastic repair and the observation group was treated with early plastic repair.The results of treatment were compared between the two groups;the complications such as infection,numbness and necrosis of skin flap were compared between the two groups during the treatment;the quality of life index scores such as life satisfaction,social evaluation,health score and emotional index were compared between the two groups.Results The treatment effectiveness of the control group and the observation group were 84.00%and 96.00%,respectively.Compared with the control group,the treatment effectiveness of the observation group was significantly improved(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the quality of life index scores such as life satisfaction,social evaluation,health score and emotional index of the patients in the observation group showed a significant improvement trend(P<0.05).Conclusions The application value of early plastic repair in the treatment of hand deep burn is ideal,which is conducive to improve the clinical symptoms and the clinical treatment efficiency,accelerate the recovery process of the hand function of patients,and has a high safety coefficient,which is conducive to improve the quality of life of patients.
