摘 要:目的研究分析在CT引导下介入治疗空洞性复治肺结核病人的临床效果。方法选取某院2016年6月~2018年12月间收治的60例痰菌阳性的空洞型复治肺结核病人,随机分为对照组与观察组,对照组采用单纯结核药物化疗,观察组采用结核药物化疗加CT引导下肺空洞内注入药物"异烟肼"治疗,分析两组病人临床症状减轻情况、痰涂片阴转率、胸部CT病变吸收情况的不同。结果观察组治疗1个月后与2个月后的痰涂片阴转率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.002);观察组治疗1个月后与2个月后胸部CT空洞吸收情况均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.003)。结论在空洞性复治肺结核病人的治疗过程中,采用CT引导下肺空洞内注入药物"异烟肼"治疗有利于提高病人临床治疗效果,可用于空洞性肺结核的临床治疗。Objective To analyze the clinical effects of CT-guided interventional therapy in patients with cavitary retreatment pulmonary tuberculosis.Methods A total of 60 patients with cavitary retreatment pulmonary tuberculosis with positive sputum bacteria admitted to our hospital from June 2016 to December 2018 were selected.And they were randomly divided into control group and observation group.The control group was simply treated with tuberculosis drugs in chemotherapy,while the observation group was treated with tuberculosis drug in chemotherapy and CT-guided injection of"isoniazid"into the pulmonary cavity.Then the relevant conditions in these two groups were compared,including the remission of clinical manifestations,negative conversion rate of sputum smear and absorption of pathological changes in chest CT.Results The negative conversion rate of sputum smear in the observation group after one month and two months was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P=0.002).The chest CT cavity absorption in the observation group after one month and two months was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P=0.003).Conclusion In the treatment of cavitary retreatment pulmonary tuberculosis,CT-guided injection of"isoniazid"into the pulmonary cavity is conducive to improving the clinical effects.Therefore,it can be used for clinical treatment of cavitary pulmonary tuberculosis.
