摘  要:为实现疫苗最小包装单位的生产、储存、运输和使用全过程可追溯,张家港市自2017年开展"疫苗流通全程追溯信息系统"建设。该系统通过电子监管码的应用实现疫苗从生产到接种全过程的追溯;通过视频监控实现远程督导和视频资料溯源;通过对冷链车、冷库和预防接种门诊冷链远程监控实现对疫苗最小包装的温度追溯;在显著提高疫苗管理质量和效率的基础上,实现疫苗全流程监管追溯,保证疫苗接种的全程安全。应进一步完善系统功能,同时与疑似预防接种异常反应信息管理系统进行对接,实现数据共享。To realize the traceability of the production,storage,transportation and use of minimum packaging unit for vaccines,Zhangjiagang has launched the construction of vaccine circulation full traceability information system since 2017.Through the application of electronic monitoring code,the whole process from vaccine production to inoculation can be traced.Remote supervision and video data traceability can be realized through video monitoring.Through the remote monitoring of cold chain temperature of cold chain vehicle,cold storage and vaccination clinic,the storage temperature of minimum packaging unit for vaccines can be traced.On the basis of improving the quality and efficiency of vaccine management,the whole process of vaccine supervision can be traced to ensure the safety of vaccination.We should further improve the functions of the system and connect it with the adverse events following immunization information management system to share data.
