摘  要:目的调查文山市鼠类构成及密度,对鼠疫血清学进行检测。方法采用鼠夹、鼠笼和粘鼠板捕获鼠类,用夹夜法测定农耕区鼠密度、笼日法测定居民区鼠密度,间接血凝试验(indirect hemagglutination assay,IHA)检测鼠疫F1抗体。结果共捕获鼠形动物301只,经分类鉴定隶属于3科6属10种,居民区鼠种褐家鼠占43.8%、黄胸鼠占32.5%、小家鼠占23.8%。农耕区的优势鼠种为锡金小鼠、黄胸鼠、斯氏家鼠,分别占33.3%、16.3%、17.0%。居民区的捕鼠率为4.6%,农耕区的捕鼠率为16.2%。75份鼠血清鼠疫F1抗体检测均为阴性。结论此次调查为文山市鼠类种群研究和鼠疫监测防制提供了参考依据。Objective To investigate the composition and density of rodents in Wenshan City,and to conduct the serological detection of plague.Methods Rodents were caught by the rat clips,cages and rat stickers.The rodent density in farming areas was determined by the night trapping method,and that in residential areas was determined by cage method.Plague F1 antibody was tested with the indirect hemagglutination assay(IHA).Results A total of 301 rodents belonging to 10 families,6 genera and 10 species were collected.The resident species were Rattus norvegicus(43.8%),Rattus flavipectus(32.5%),and Mus musculus(23.8%).The dominant species in the farming areas were Mus pahari(33.3%),Rattus flavipectus(16.3%),and Rattus sladeni(17.0%).The catch rate in residential areas was 4.6%,and that in farming areas was 16.2%.Plague F1 antibody of 75 rodent serums were tested negative.Conclusion The investigation provided a reference for the study of rodent population,surveillance and the prevention and control of plague in Wenshan City.
