基于随机骨料模型的混凝土弹性模量概率密度分布研究

摘  要:利用MATLAB生成骨料的几何信息参数和服从某一概率分布的弹性模量数据,通过PYTHON程序导入ABAQUS中,给每一颗骨料赋予不同的塑性损伤材料属性,对三维随机骨料钢筋混凝土梁进行加载,将随机骨料弹性模量用Weibull分布的均值进行均一化处理并与Weibull分布的均质度进行拟合,研究发现:ABAQUS CDP模型可以精确模拟混凝土断裂破坏过程;弹性模量非均质性用正太分布表征时,正太分布的标准差表征非均质度,标准差最合理取值为107~108;弹性模量非均质性用Weibull分布表征时,均质度最合理取值为50。Aggregate geometric information parameters and elastic modulus of some probability distribution are generated by MATLAB,then they are imported into ABAQUS by PYTHON program.Every aggregate is endowed with different plastic damage material properties.By loading three-dimensional random aggregate reinforced concrete beam,and fitting the elastic modulus of random aggregates treated by the mean value of Weibull distribution with the homogeneous degree of Weibull distribution,the study shows that:ABAQUS CDP model can accurately simulate fracture and failure process of concrete;When the elasticity modulus heterogeneity is represented by the normal distribution,the standard deviation of the normal distribution represents the heterogeneity,and the most reasonable value of the standard deviation is between 107 and 108.When the elastic modulus heterogeneity is characterized by Weibull distribution,the most reasonable value of the homogeneity is about 50.
