摘　　要：投资纷纷涌向非洲已成全球大势。毛里求斯——印度洋上的明星和钥匙——正逐渐成为日益壮大的外商投资非洲市场的首选之地。2020年,毛里求斯复兴计划的实施将深化文明体之间的政治和经济关系,在非洲大陆上创造新的发展机遇。Current ongoing foreign investment pouring into the African continent from governments and businesses across the world is repositioning the‘Star and Key'of the Indian Ocean,Mauritius,as the prime location to harness investment opportunities of burgeoning African markets.Thus,Mauritius rejuvenation initiative of the'Star and Key'of the Indian Ocean in 2020 will deepen political and economic relations between civilizations forging new opportunities across the African continent.Furthermore,the first FTA between an African country and China,inked the deal between Mauritius and China October 17,2019.This agreement between two nations that previously shaped civilizations by the ancient"Silk Road'and'Star and Key'of the Indian Ocean marks the perfect combination of a new era in investment and trade.Mauritius and China set the pace for a shared vision in investment and trade for the year 2020 and economic miracles are bound to happen enhancing inter-trade between Asia and Atrica starting by Mauritius.
