摘  要:以长链混合醇(C12-14为主)、环氧氯丙烷为原料,氢氧化钠为催化剂,季铵盐为相转移催化剂,合成了混合长碳链烷基缩水甘油醚,并对催化剂的投料量、相转移催化剂的种类、原料的投料比和溶剂的选择及投料量等条件进行了研究。结果表明,当混合醇、环氧氯丙烷和氢氧化钠的投料比(摩尔比)为1:1.2:1.2,采用四丁基溴化铵(TBAB)为相转移催化剂且以二甲苯为溶剂时,反应结果最好,收率可达84%~85%,为混合长链烷基缩水甘油醚的工业化生产提供了数据支持。Mixed long-chain-alkyl glycidyl ether was synthesized based on the mixed long-chain-alcohol(mainly C12~14)and epoxy chloropropane,with NaOH as a catalyst,quaternary ammonium as a phase transfer catalyst.The conditions of amount of the catalyst,phase transfer catalysts,molar ratio of raw materials and solvents were studied in depth.We found the yield rate will be up to over 84%~85%under the conditions as follow:molar ratio of the mixed long-chain-alcohol,epoxy chloropropane and NaOH of 1:1.2:1.2,tetrabutylammonium Bromide(TBAB)as the phase transfer catalyst and xylenes as the solvent.Our results offered data support for the industrial production of mixed long-chain-alkyl glycidyl ether.
