“和谐政党关系”示范带动建立“新型政党关系”研究

摘　　要：在我国,政党间的和谐关系已经基本确立。而建立国际政党间的"新型政党关系"尚处于起步状态。从理论上看,"和谐政党关系"与"新型政党关系"两个政党关系具有高度的统一性,"和谐政党关系"对建立"新型政党关系"具有重要的启示效果。从实践上看,"和谐政党关系"示范带动建立"新型政党关系",将经历"全面认知"到"主动认可"再到"响应效仿"的发展历程。因此,在国际场域,应在民间层面、学术层面和外交层面努力争取更多对"和谐政党关系"的理解与认可,以实现"和谐政党关系"示范带动建立"新型政党关系"。In China,the harmonious relation among political parties has been initially established.However,the establishment of new model of relations among international political parties is still in its infancy.In theory,"harmonious party-to-party relation"and"new model of party-to-party relation"have a high degree of unity,and the former gives important enlightenment to the establishment of the latter.In practice,developing new model of party-to-party relations driven by the demonstration of harmonious party-to-party relations will experience the process from"comprehensive cognition"to"active recognition"and then to"response and imitation".Therefore,in the international field,efforts should be made to strive for more understanding and recognition of"harmonious party-to-party relations"at the public level,academic level and diplomatic level,so as to establish new model of party-to-party relations through the demonstration of"harmonious relations among political parties".
