摘  要:对带干摩擦阻尼器的涡轮叶片进行响应计算时,阻尼器接触面之间的切向接触刚度直接影响着接触状态的转换条件。将理论推导和数值仿真相结合,建立带圆角的平板接触模型,给出接触面上的受力分布规律,根据接触点的位移分布形式,推导了结合面上法向正压力和接触刚度之间的关系,通过有限元模拟得到法向正压力与接触刚度的关系式。由此,可以快速准确得到接触刚度,从而更加准确分析接触面间的状态变化。When calculating the response of the turbine blades with a dry friction damper,the tangent contact stiffness between the contacts of the damper affects the conditions of the contact state conversion directly.In this paper,theoretical derivation was combined with numerical simulation method.By establishing a flat contact model with rounded edges,the force distribution of the contact surface was given.Based on the displacement distribution of contact points,the relationships between tangent contact stiffness and normal pressure was derived.Besides,the relationship between contact stiffness and normal pressure was obtained by finite element simulation as well.Therefore,we can obtain the contact stiffness quickly and accurately to more accurately analyze the state changes between combined surfaces.
