摘　　要：农村"三产融合"发展是现代农业发展的基本规律,是促进农业转型升级的内在动力。将农业纳入到二三产业的价值链,有利于改变其仅在第一产业范围内对要素进行定价的问题,提高农业发展的内涵与质量,促进农业可持续发展。目前我国农村"三产融合"模式层出不穷,但是在产业融合过程中存在融合层次浅、农业功能开发不足、基础设施建设滞后、要素支撑能力弱等现实困境。应从深化"三产融合"的利益联结机制、充分利用农业的多功能性、大力培育新型产业融合主体、加强农村地区基础设施建设、加大对"三产融合"的政策支持力度等方面采取有效的对策。The development of the"integration of the three industries"in rural areas is the basic law of modern agricultural development and the internal driving force for promoting the transformation and upgrading of agriculture.If agriculture is incorporating into the secondary and tertiary industries,it will set price for elements within the scope of three industries,which will improve the connotation and quality of agricultural development and promote sustainable agricultural development.At present,there are plenty of models of the integration of the three industries.However,there are many practical problems during the process of industrial integration such as insufficient integration,insufficient development of agricultural functions,backward infrastructure construction,and weak factor support capabilities.Hence,some effective measures should be taken.Firstly,it is important to deepen the interest linkage mechanism of the"integration of the three industries"and make full use of the versatility of agriculture.Secondly,it is essential to vigorously cultivate new industrial integration entities and strengthen the infrastructure construction in rural areas.Finally,it is crucial to increase the policy support for the"integration of the three industries".
