摘 要:目的探讨压力蒸汽喷枪与传统清洗技术对妇科器械的清洗效果,以提高器械的清洗质量。方法抽取2019年1月1日-4月30日于解放军总医院消毒供应室进行洗涤消毒和灭菌处理的妇科器械(内窥器、活检钳)共1062件,采用对照研究,随机分为对照组和试验组,对照组492件,其中活检钳349件,内窥器143件;试验组570件,其中活检钳396件,内窥器174件。对照组采用常规清洗方法,试验组采用压力蒸汽喷枪清洗。用目测法和ATP生物荧光法对器械清洗效果进行评价分析。结果目测法检测传统方法和压力蒸汽喷枪方法活检钳清洗合格率为85.10%vs 95.70%(P<0.001),内窥器合格率为85.31%vs 95.97%(P<0.001);ATP生物荧光检测法检测传统清洗方法和压力蒸汽喷枪方法活检钳清洗合格率为66.18%vs 89.39%,内窥器合格率为64.33%vs 90.22%,ATP生物荧光检测法结果显示压力蒸汽喷枪对妇科器械的清洗合格率显著优于传统方法(P<0.05)。结论压力蒸汽喷枪的使用可提高妇科器械的清洗效果,降低器械的返洗率。OBJECTIVE To explore the cleaning effects of pressure steam gun and traditional cleaning technology on gynecological instruments so as to improve the cleaning quality of the instruments.METHODS From Jan 1,2019 to Apr 30,2019,a total of 1062 pieces of gynecological instruments(endoscopic devices and biopsy forceps)were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group.There were 492 pieces in the control group,including 349 pieces of biopsy forceps and 143 pieces of endoscopic devices.In the experimental group,there were 570 pieces,including 396 pieces of biopsy forceps and 174 pieces of endoscopes.The control group was treated with a conventional cleaning method,and the test group was treated with a pressure steam spray gun.The cleaning effects of the instruments were evaluated and analyzed by visual observation and ATP bioluminescence.RESULTS The result of visual observation showed that the qualified rates of cleaning of biopsy forceps with conventional cleaning method and pressure steam spray gun were 85.10%and 95.70%,respectively(P<0.001),the qualified rates of cleaning of endoscopic devices were 85.31%and 95.97%,respectively(P<0.001).The result of ATP bioluminescence test showed that the qualified rates of cleaning of biopsy forceps with conventional cleaning method and pressure steam spray gun were 66.18%and 89.39%,respectively,and the qualified rates of cleaning of endoscopic devices were 64.33%and 90.22%,respectively.The result of the ATP bioluminescence test indicated that the qualified rates of cleaning of gynecological instruments of the pressure steam gun were significantly higher than those of the conventional cleaning methods(P<0.05).CONCLUSION The pressure steam gun may improve the cleaning effect of the gynecological instruments and reduce the backwash rate of the instruments.
