摘 要:基于钢种实测力学性能参数,建立了连铸坯表面划伤形貌演变模型,并对轧制过程中划伤沟槽不同位置的金属变形行为进行了模拟分析和生产验证。结果表明:连续轧制过程中,连铸坯表面划伤沟槽前端金属向外流出形成表面浅坑,尾端金属沿轧向流入沟槽形成表面折叠,其余位置金属在轧制平面内发生二维流动,导致沟槽中间闭合;连铸坯表面划伤在连续轧制过程中不会消失,热轧后在表层氧化铁皮覆盖下呈现端部铁皮压入形貌,酸轧后以翘皮形式出现,且在皮下残留铁皮压入和表面脱碳组织等缺陷。Based on the measured mechanical property parameters of steel grades,the evolution model of scratch morphology on the surface of continuous casting billet was established,and the deformation behavior of metal at different positions of scratch groove during rolling process was simulated and verified in production.The results show that:the head metal of billet groove flows out to form surface pit,the tail metal flows into the groove along the rolling direction to form surface folding during the continuous rolling process,and other metal flows in the two-dimensional space resulting the middle of groove closed;surface scratch on the billet stays throughout continuous rolling,the surface oxide scale is covered with the end sheet pressing after hot rolling,which appears in the form of warping after acid rolling,resulting the defects such as iron sheet pressing and surface decarburization.
