摘  要:针对外购废钢资源不足,污泥球、自产氧化铁皮及其他常用含铁降温造渣原料产能受限,用石灰石作冷料易出现化渣困难、氧枪结瘤、烧枪严重以及钢铁料消耗增加的现实情况,泉州闽光炼钢厂在分析烧结返矿物理化学特性以及冷却效应基础上,提出了用烧结返矿替代废钢冶炼的工艺方案。通过优化装入制度、供氧制度、冶炼过程、造渣制度、温度制度、终点控制和脱氧合金化制度,实现了高铁水比条件下的平稳冶炼,并取得了可观的经济效益。The resource of purchased scrap steel is insufficient;the production capacity of sludge balls,self-produced iron oxide scale and other common containing iron raw materials used for cooling and slagging is limited;it is easy to have slag melting difficulty,oxygen lance clogging,serious lance burning and steel consumption increasing when limestone is used as cold material.Based on the analysis of physicochemical properties and cooling effect of sinter return ore,Quanzhou Minguang steelmaking plant puts forward the process scheme of replacing scrap with sintering return ore for steel smelting.By optimizing the charging system,oxygen supply system,smelting process,slag making system,temperature system,endpoint control and deoxidization alloying system,the stable smelting under the condition of high hot metal ratio is realized,and considerable economic benefit is achieved.
