摘 要:为研究橡胶沥青、SBS改性沥青、CR/SBS复合橡胶沥青储存性能变化,通过常温下放置不同的天数,比较黏度、软化点的变化情况,并采用离析试验和荧光显微镜试验来评价其储存稳定性。试验结果表明:因橡胶沥青的高黏度,橡胶沥青的储存稳定性不适宜用聚合物离析试验来评价。SBS改性沥青的储存稳定性很好,在常温下储存不影响其性能指标。荧光显微镜图像表明:胶粉在沥青中的分布形态是细长的、条状的。加入稳定剂后的SBS改性剂在荧光显微镜中看不到分布情况。CR/SBS复合橡胶沥青离析试验后,SBS改性剂凝聚在顶部,而胶粉沉积在底部,因而CR/SBS复合橡胶沥青储存稳定性差,加工完毕宜立即使用。In order to study the storage performance changes of asphalt rubber,SBS modified asphalt and CR/SBS composite asphalt rubber,placing different days under the room temperature,comparing the changes of viscosity,softening point,and using Cigar Tube Test(CTB)and fluorescence microscopy tests to evaluate its storage stability.The test results showed that because of the high viscosity of asphalt rubber,and its storage stability is not suitable for polymer CTB to evaluate.The storage stability of SBS modified asphalt is very good,and it does not affect its performance at room temperature.Fluorescence microscopy images showed that the rubber powder in its distribution is slender or strip.After adding the stabilizer,the SBS modifier can not see the distribution in the fluorescence microscope.CR/SBS composite asphalt rubber storage stability test,the top and bottom of the specimens’fluorescence microscopy images show that SBS modifier condensed at the top,and rubber powder deposition at the bottom.CR/SBS composite asphalt rubber is poor,after processing should be immediately used.
