摘 要:通过分析传动齿轮系的雨流谱、阶次谱及试验谱特性,再综合运用挡位分割及各挡位数据里程统计等方法,编制出符合履带装甲车辆传动齿轮系真实工况的转矩载荷谱,最终形成台架试验方法。依托雨流循环测试技术和等损伤原则,对传动齿轮系所承受的随机转矩时域数据进行雨流计数分析;结合齿轮系材料的S-N曲线,完成了试验谱方案的制定。按照峰值计数方法的极大值点的统计分布来获得具有一定置信度的最大值,参照极大值分布函数推导出最大值分布,并在此基础上最终给出设计谱。为履带装甲车辆综合传动齿轮系由经验设计向预测设计转变打下了基础,具有一定的实用价值。After analyzing the characteristics of rainflow spectrum,order spectrum and test spectrum of the transmission gear system,the paper compiled the torque load spectrum of the transmission gear system in a real working environment by applying the method of gear segmentation and mileage statistics.Finally the bench test method was formed.Based on the block cycle testing technology and the principle of equal damage,the random torque data in time domain was analyzed by rainflow counting.The test spectrum scheme was completed considering the S-N curve of the materials in the gear system.According to the statistical distribution of the maximum points for the peak counting method,the maximum value with a certain degree of confidence was obtained.The distribution of the maximum value was derived based on the extreme value distribution function,and the design spectrum was finally obtained.The paper proposes a transformation from the experience-driven design to the predictive design for the transmission gear system of the tracked armored vehicle,and has a certain practical value.
