摘 要:通过建立出行时空消耗模型来探究共享汽车对交通拥堵治理的效用。在模型中,首先基于时空消耗理论计算路网容量,然后通过出行时空消耗模型分析共享汽车带来的出行时空消耗的变化,最终获得共享汽车对交通拥堵治理的效用。利用上海市共享电动汽车出行数据对模型进行实例分析,结果表明,共享汽车出行能够减少城市总出行时空消耗,对交通拥堵治理具有积极的效用。The rapid development of the sharing economy and the Internet has given rise to a new travel mode of car sharing.At present,no definite conclusion has been reached regarding the effect of car sharing on traffic congestion management.Therefore this study analyzed the impacts of car-sharing on traffic congestion management by establishing a spatiotemporal consumption model for travelling.In this model,the road network capacity based on the theory of spatiotemporal consumption was calculated,and then the changes in spatiotemporal consumption of travelling caused by car-sharing were analyzed and finally the effect of car-sharing on traffic congestion management was evaluated.The data of electric car sharing in Shanghai was used to verify the model and the results show that car-sharing can reduce the spatiotemporal consumption of the total urban travel,which has a positive effect on traffic congestion management.
