纳洛酮与醒脑静联用对急性安定中毒患者治疗效果的影响

摘　　要：目的:探析纳洛酮与醒脑静联用对急性安定中毒患者治疗效果的影响。方法:2017年5月至2019年5月,选取在本院接受治疗的急性安定中毒患者50例,随机均匀分为两组,每组25例。治疗时,对照组选择纳洛酮,观察组在其基础上加醒脑静,对比治疗的效果。结果:总有效率、恢复肌力时间、恢复意识时间对比,观察组均优于对照组,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:急性安定中毒治疗时选择联合纳洛酮、醒脑静,取得了较为显著的效果。Objective:To explore the effect of naloxone combined with Xingnaojing on the treatment of patients with acute diazepam poisoning.Methods:From May 2017 to May 2019,50 patients with acute diazepam poisoning who were treated in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 25 cases in each group.During treatment,the control group used naloxone,and the observation group added Xingnaojing based on the control group.Then the effects of the treatments were compared.Results:Compared with the total effective rate,time to restore muscle strength,and time to restore consciousness,the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05),which was statistically significant.Conclusion:The combination of naloxone and Xingnaojing in the treatment of acute diazepam poisoning has achieved significant results.
