血液透析联合血液灌流治疗尿毒症并发症的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨分析尿毒症并发症患者经血液透析联合血液灌流治疗的临床效果。方法:选取本院(2018年1月至2019年4月)尿毒症并发症患者38例作为研究对象,按照入院时间将其分为对照组(n=19例)和观察组(n=19例),对照组单独采用血液透析治疗,观察组联合血液透析、血液灌流治疗,比较两组相关临床指标水平和并发症发生情况。结果:实施治疗前两组血肌酐(Scr)、血尿氮素(BUN)无显著差异(P>0.05),实施治疗后两组Scr、BUN降低,其中观察组Scr、BUN水平均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组皮肤瘙痒、关节疼痛、食欲不振、头晕头痛等不良反应发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:尿毒症并发症患者经血液透析联合血液灌流治疗可取得突出的临床效果,改善患者的肾功能,且具有较高的安全性。Objective:To explore and analyze the clinical effects of hemodialysis combined with hemoperfusion in patients with complications of uremia.Methods:A total of 38 patients with uremia complications in our hospital(January 2018 to April 2019)were selected as the research objects.According to the time of admission,they were divided into a control group(n=19)and an observation group(n=19),the control group was treated with hemodialysis alone,and the observation group was combined with hemodialysis and hemoperfusion to compare the levels of related clinical indicators and the occurrence of complications between the two groups.Results:Before the treatment,there was no significant difference in blood creatinine(Scr)and blood urea nitrogen(BUN)between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the Scr and BUN levels of the two groups decreased,and the Scr and BUN levels of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions such as skin itching,joint pain,loss of appetite,dizziness and headache in the observation group were significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Hemodialysis combined with hemoperfusion in patients with complications of uremia can achieve outstanding clinical effects,improve the renal function of patients,and have high safety.
