新冠疫情下对通用航空战时维护维修的一些问题的思考

摘　　要：本文通过对新冠疫情下通用航空装备的维护维修现今存在的一些问题的研究、分析,希望能促进地方的通航应急联动机制的建设,启动战时操作程序和通航应急快速维修方法,建立多渠道全时效保障程序,并推动应急联动技术保障和可持续发展策略研究。同时,建议通过补充通航力量,增强紧急情况下我国抗风险和救援的能力,以提高救援效率。This paper studies and analyzes some problems existing in the maintenance of general aviation equipment under COVID-19, in hope of promoting the construction of local navigation emergency linkage system, in which wartime operating procedures are activated and quick maintenance methods are adopted for navigation emergency. Meanwhile, multi-channel full-time protection procedures are established, providing technology support for emergency linkage and promoting researches on sustainable development strategies. It is suggested that the efficiency of rescue operations can be improved by supplementing navigation forces and strengthening the country’s anti-risk and rescue capabilities in emergencies.
