摘  要:针对采用卡尺、千分尺测量调心滚子轴承端面和管尺、样板、量块测量滚道存在测量基准不稳定,测量角度不固定等弊端,通过计算得出端面尺寸与滚道误差对合套精度的影响,研发了平面在线测量仪测量轴承端面尺寸,采用自主研发的综合滚道测量仪测量轴承滚道尺寸和调心滚子轴承滚道曲率和位置,分别将原有测量方法测量结果和优化后的测量结果与三坐标实测数据进行对比,采用平面在线测量仪和综合滚道测量仪所测结果更加精确,轴承合套精度提高了30%,调高产品质量.Aiming at the disadvantages of unstable measurement benchmark and non-fixed measurement angle with the caliper,micrometer,pipe ruler,model and gauge block,the influence of the end face size and the raceway error on the precision of the joint is obtained through calculation,and a flat on-line measuring instrument is developed to measure the bearing end face size with integrated raceway measuring instrument to measure the bearing raceway size and the curvature and position of the spherical roller bearing raceway.The results were compared with the three coordinate detectors.It is found that the results measured by the on-line measuring instrument and the integrated rolling track measuring instrument are more accurate,and the bearing assembly precision is improved by 30%with improved product quality.
