摘 要:为得到一种适用于船用钢动态本构模型的一般形式及其构造方法,对船用Q345B钢进行了静态拉伸及SHPB(Hopkinson压杆)试验,获得了应变率在0.0002~1680 s-1范围内材料的应力-应变曲线.基于实验数据特征及Johnson-Cook材料本构模型构造思想,提出了适用于Q345B钢动态本构模型的一般形式.采用Matlab编程,获得了Q345B钢的新动态本构模型方程及参数.结果表明:文中提出的本构模型方程与材料实验更加吻合,从低应变率到高应变率均具有良好适应性,且其构造方法也具有通用性.In order to obtain a general form of dynamic constitutive model for marine steel and its construction method,static tensile and SHPB(Hopkinson compression bar)tests were carried out on marine Q345B steel,and the stress-strain curves of materials with strain rates ranging from 0.0002 to 1680 s-1 were obtained.Based on the characteristics of experimental data and the construction idea of Johnson-Cook material constitutive model,a general form of dynamic constitutive model for Q345B steel was proposed.Finally,the new dynamic constitutive model equation and parameters of Q345B steel were obtained by Matlab programming.The results show that the constitutive model equation proposed in this paper is more consistent with the material experiment,and has good adaptability from low strain rate to high strain rate,and its construction method is also universal.
