摘　　要：在新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情中,少数高危个体隐瞒自己的活动轨迹和身体症状,增强了疫情传播和扩散的风险。研究试图从外部环境诱因(疫情泛污名化、疫情信息过载)和个体心理因素(负面偏差、轻慢侥幸、恐慌焦虑)的层面剖析自我隐瞒的影响因素,并从正视疫情灾难防止泛污名化、提升科学素养优化信息传播、提升法治素养培育健康心态、加强个人与社会的有效联结四个方面提出防范措施。目的是减少重大疫情下隐瞒的发生,进一步维护社会公共安全。During the COVID-19 outbreak,a small number of high-risk individuals conceal their trajectories and physical symptoms,increasing the risk of transmission and spread.This study attempts to analyze the influencing factors of self-concealment from the perspective of external environmental incentives(epidemic stigma,epidemic information overload)and individual psychological factors(negative bias,slow fluke,panic anxiety).It also puts forward preventive measures from three aspects.Firstly,face up to the epidemic disaster to prevent the stigma.Secondly,improve scientific literacy and optimize information dissemination.Thirdly,improve legal literacy and maintain a healthy mentality.Lastly,reinforce the effective connection between individuals and society.The purpose is to reduce the occurrence of concealment under major epidemic situations and further safeguard social public security.
