城市燃气智能调压箱功能研究

摘　　要：构建了一套城市燃气智能调压箱功能体系,将智能调压箱功能划分为远程调控、自我感知分析、自动控制3类,分析每类所包含的具体功能。远程调控包括远程调压、远程调流、远程修改运行模式。自我感知分析包括运行数据采集、运行数据分析、设备维检修信息监测。自动控制包括自动倒台、梯次运行、流量均衡、小流量运行、控制模式切换。目前远程调控、运行数据采集在实践中已有不少应用,但运行数据分析、自动控制类功能还需要进一步研究。A set of function system of city gas intelligent pressure regulator box was constructed.The functions of intelligent pressure regulator box are divided into three categories:remote control,self-aware analysis and automatic control,and the specific functions included in each category are analyzed.Remote control includes remote pressure regulation,remote flow regulation and remote modification of operating modes.Self-aware analysis includes operation data acquisition,operation data analysis and equipment maintenance information monitoring.Automatic control includes automatic reverse,step operation,flow balance,small flow operation and control mode switching.At present,the remote control and operation data acquisition have been widely used in practice,but the functions of operation data analysis and automatic control still need further study.
