在运行燃气PE管应对白蚁侵蚀的防治对策

摘　　要：在白蚁活动地域防治白蚁侵蚀在运行燃气PE管是管道燃气企业进行管道保护的重要工作。在应对白蚁侵蚀在运行燃气PE管方面,通过理论分析和工程实践,得出以下结论和建议。观察附近树木白蚁侵蚀情况,确定白蚁易侵蚀燃气PE管的高风险区域、高风险管段。通过“监测—发现白蚁—投放诱饵—灭杀白蚁—监测”不断循环的方法,达到灭巢保护燃气PE管的目的。对白蚁易侵蚀埋地燃气PE管的高风险区域、高风险管段实施白蚁监测,监测手段包括设置诱蚁箱和设置远程感应式白蚁监测装置。对不同监测装置的白蚁诱杀成效进行统计,分析不同监测装置的白蚁侵蚀率和误报率,推荐选用诱蚁箱诱杀白蚁。白蚁诱杀装置覆盖的管段无新发现白蚁侵蚀燃气PE管穿孔事件。对白蚁侵蚀穿孔的泄漏量进行计算和泄漏风险分析,综合穿孔泄漏量、泄漏扩散模拟结果和白蚁的习性,判断白蚁侵蚀燃气PE管穿孔泄漏风险有限。总结了白蚁侵蚀穿孔燃气泄漏排查办法。提出泄漏点排查方案,制定泄漏点排查操作规程。对检测出甲烷体积分数的疑似泄漏气体,现场对其进行组成分析,以确定天然气泄漏。通过十字打孔法、查找竣工资料、观察开挖的土壤等措施,确定泄漏点。Prevention and control of termite erosion in running gas PE pipes in termite activity areas is an important task for pipeline gas companies to protect their pipelines.In response to termite erosion in running gas PE pipes,the following conclusions and recommendations are drawn by theoretical analysis and engineering practice.The termite erosion of nearby trees is observed to determine the high-risk areas and high-risk pipe sections where termites are likely to erode the gas PE pipes.The goal of destroying termite nests and protecting gas PE pipes is achieved through the looping method of"monitoring—finding termites—putting bait—killing termites—monitoring".The high-risk areas and high-risk pipe sections where termites are likely to erode buried gas PE pipes are monitored,and the monitoring methods include setting up termite trap boxes and setting up remote sensing termite monitoring devices.The effectiveness of termite trapping and killing of different monitoring devices is calculated,the termite erosion rate and false alarm rate of different monitoring devices are analyzed,and it is recommended to use termite trap boxes to trap and kill termites.No termite erosion perforation incident of gas PE pipes was found in the pipe sections covered by termite trapping and killing devices.The leakage of termite erosion perforation is calculated,and the leakage risk is analyzed.Based on the perforation leakage,the leakage diffusion simulation results and termite habits,it is judged that the perforation leakage risk of gas PE pipes from termite erosion is limited.The methods of gas leakage investigation for termite erosion perforation are summarized.The leakage point investigation scheme is put forward,and the operation procedures for leakage point investigation are formulated.The composition analysis of the suspected leakage gas with the methane volume fraction detected is conducted on site to determine the natural gas leakage.The leakage point is determined through measures such as cross drilling method,finding com
