摘 要:采用萃取法进行了PTA精制废水中对甲基苯甲酸(PT酸)的回收研究。考察了乙酸甲酯、乙酸丙酯、乙酸异丙酯和对二甲苯(PX)对PT酸的萃取效果,优选PX为萃取剂。测定了水-PX-PT酸在40℃、常压下的液液平衡数据,并用UNIQUAC方程进行了关联,得到了UNIQUAC模型参数。采用关联得到的模型参数对PX萃取PT酸过程进行了模拟计算,当水与PX的质量相比为1∶1,PT酸去除率达到75%时,所需的理论板数9块。Extraction method was used to recover p-toluic acid(PT acid)in PTA refining wastewater.The extraction effect of PT acid with methyl acetate,propyl acetate,isopropyl acetate and p-xylene(PX)was investigated and PX was selected as the extractant.The liquid-liquid equilibrium data of water-PX-PT acid at 40℃and normal pressure were measured and correlated with the UNIQUAC equation.UNIQUAC model parameters were obtain and used to simulate the extraction of PT acid with PX.When the mass ratio of water to PX was 1∶1 and the removal rate of PT acid reached 75%,9 theoretical plates were required.
