摘　　要：PTA氧化残渣资源化装置,采用甲苯萃取PTA生产装置中副产物苯甲酸、PT酸,通过减压蒸馏塔将甲苯与苯甲酸分离,进一步将苯甲酸进行精馏并通过切片机切片生产高纯度(>99.0%)苯甲酸副产品。在甲苯萃取过滤单元,含甲苯气相物流降温冷凝回收效果无法达到原工艺商设计值,通过调查运行参数及数据分析,在原冷却水冷凝器出口改造串联增加一台冷冻水冷却器,进一步降低气相出口温度,起到很好的甲苯回收效果,降低了残渣资源化装置甲苯消耗量,年节约甲苯成本消耗约为404万元。PTA oxidation residue resource unit,toluene extraction was used to PTA the by-products benzoic acid and PT-ol acid in the production unit.toluene was separated from benzoic acid by vacuum distillation column.benzoic acid was further rectified and high purity(>99.0%)benzoic acid by-products were produced by slicing machine.In toluene extraction and filtration unit,the cooling and condensing recovery effect of gas-phase flow containing toluene can not reach the original design value.Through the investigation of operation parameters and data analysis,a chilled water cooler is added in series at the outlet of the original cooling water condenser to further reduce the gas-phase outlet temperature,which has a good toluene recovery effect.
