摘  要:聚酯切片中的水含量影响产品的加工性能,加工中造成水解,且易积存在产品中,影响产品雾度等光学性能。通过不同干燥条件对聚酯切片进行干燥处理,经含水量测试及挤出加工成型,测试产品雾度及透光率。结果表明:真空干燥比鼓风干燥效果更好,切片含水量较少,加工后的产品光学性能较好。The water content in polyester chips affects the processability of the products,which causes hydrolysis during processing and easily accumulates in the products,which affects the optical properties such as haze of the products.Polyester chips were dried under different drying conditions,and the haze and transmittance of the products were tested by water content test and extrusion molding.The results show that vacuum drying is better than blast drying,the moisture content of chips is less,and the optical properties of processed products are better.
