摘　　要：介绍了当今换热器的基本型式及功能特点,换热器在选型时考虑的因素很多,主要是流体的性质;压力、温度及允许压力降的范围;对清洗、维修的要求;材料价格;使用寿命等,当然流体的种类、导热率、黏度等物理性质,以及腐蚀性、热敏性等化学性质,对换热器选型也有很大的影响因素;并着重介绍塔顶再沸器的结构形式及强度计算。The basic types and functional characteristics of current heat exchangers are introduced.There are many factors to consider when selecting heat exchangers,mainly the nature of the fluid;the pressure,temperature and allowable pressure drop range;requirements for cleaning and maintenance;material price;service life,etc.Of course,the fluid type,thermal conductivity,viscosity and other physical properties,as well as corrosive and thermal sensitivity and other chemical properties,also have a great influence on the selection of heat exchangers;the structural form and strength calculation.
