摘　　要：简述了PBT装置生产过程中预聚釜添加催化剂存在预聚熔体过滤器使用周期短等问题并进行了分析与研究,确定了问题产生的原因。采取了改造催化剂注入位置、优化工艺控制和降低催化剂浓度等措施,消除了预聚釜添加催化剂所存在的问题。The problems such as short service life of prepolymer melt filter existing in catalyst adding in prepolymerization kettle in the production process of PBT unit are briefly described,and the causes of the problems are determined through analysis and research.Some measures such as reforming the injection position of catalyst,optimizing the process control and reducing the concentration of catalyst were adopted to eliminate the problems existing in adding catalyst to the prepolymer.
