摘　　要：回顾中医药保健事业的发展历程,总结了改革开放40年来我国充分发挥中医药保健预防疾病的优势,突显“治未病”地位,创建中医药健康服务模式及扩大宣传,使中医药保健养生理念深入人心等方面的经验。探讨了政策法规、行业标准尚未健全,专业人才队伍缺乏、科研、财政投入不足、服务能力相对有限等问题,提出加快制定中医药保健服务体系建设指南、加强科研并建立服务效果评价体系、加强人才队伍建设、提升服务能力等建议,旨在让中医药保健事业为我国人民的健康做出更大的贡献。It reviews development history of healthcare work of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),sums up the advantages which TMC gives full play to health care and disease prevention for 40 years of the reform and opening up in China,highlights the position of“preventive treatment of disease”,creates TCM health service mode and expand the publicity,TCM health care concept has into the human mind.It discusses the problems of policies and regulations,imperfect of industrial standard,shortage of professional team,science research and financial investment,and limited service ability.It puts forward that speed up the formulation of TCM health care service system instruction,strengthen science research,set up evaluation system of service effect,strengthen talent team construction,and promote service ability,so as to TCM health service makes greater contribution for the health of Chinese people.
