摘　　要：[目的]探讨医疗服务价格改革政策对医疗服务供方行为的影响。[方法]提取样本医院294例心力衰竭患者的病案首页和住院收费清单数据,运用Kruskal-Wallis检验和卡方检验,分析价格改革政策实施前后患者医疗费用、医师服务数量和用药行为的变化。[结果]政策实施后患者医疗费用降低47.03%,次均化验项目减少75.77项,住院天数缩短2.01 d,平均用药种数减少8.36种,基本药物使用率上升4.11个百分点。[结论]价格改革政策实施后医疗服务供方行为发生改变,主要表现为减少检查化验项目数量、缩短住院天数和用药行为的改变。Objective To explore the impact of medical service price reform policy on the behavior of medical service provider.Methods It extracted medical record home page and list of hospitalized charges on 294 patients with heart failure.Kruskal-Wallis test and chi-square test were used to analyze the changes of patients medical expenses,medical service quantity and medication behavior before and after the implementation of the price reform policy.Results After the implementation of the policy,the medical expenses of patients had been declined by 47.03%,the frequency of laboratory examination decreased 75.77 items,the average length of stay had been declined for 2.01 days,the type of using drugs had been declined for 8.36 types,and the utilization rate of essential drugs increased by 4.11%.Conclusions After the implementation of the price reform policy,the behavior of medical service providers is changed,mainly manifests in the reducing the quantity of medical examination,shortening the length of stay and the change of medication behavior.
