摘  要:为充分开发利用艾叶粉,本研究以打孔法进行艾粉提取物抑菌活性测定。采用微量倍比稀释法进行最小抑菌浓度(MIC)测定;以硅藻土柱层析法进行黄酮的富集;采用紫外分光光度法,以芦丁为标准品,测定黄酮的含量。结果显示艾粉70%乙醇提取物对金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌效果最好,抑菌圈直径达18.6mm,MIC为31.25mg/mL。硅藻土柱层析法富集艾粉70%乙醇提取物中的黄酮,含量从19.92%上升至27.86%。In this study,the antibacterial activity of Artemisia Argyi extract was determined by drilling method,the minimum inhibitory concentration(MIC)was determined by micro multiple dilution method,the flavonoids were enriched by diatomite column chromatography,and the contents of flavonoids were determined by UV spectrophotometry with Rutin as reference substance.The results showed that the 70%ethanol extract of Artemisia Argyi powder had the best bacteriostatic effect on Staphylococcus aureus.The diameter of inhibition circle was 18.6 mm and MIC was 31.25 mg/ml.The content of flavonoids increased from 19.92%to 27.86%by diatomite column chromatography.This study provides a reference for the development and utilization of Artemisia argyi powder.
