摘　　要：以雄性成年健康的鸡为试验动物,采用化学腐蚀法制作鸡全身骨骼标本。通过桥静脉放血处死、剥皮、去内脏、剔去肉、拆分、不同浓度NaOH溶液腐蚀、洗洁精脱脂、H 2O 2漂白、铁丝和粘鞋胶串装固定等步骤制作出了结构完整、洁白美观、直观形象的鸡全身骨骼标本。该制作方法操作简单、安全实用、成本低廉。In this study,adult healthy male chickens were used as test animals and whole body bone specimens were prepared by chemical etching method.By means of bridge vein bloodletting,exfoliation,evisceration,meat removal,division,NaOH solution corrosion,detergent degreasing,H 2O 2 bleaching,iron wire and shoe glue string installation and fixation,the chicken whole body bone specimens with complete structure,white and beautiful appearance and visual image were prepared.The method was simple,safe,practical and low cost.
