摘 要:目的观察发散式体外冲击波辅助治疗髋关节置换术后关节外源性慢性疼痛的效果。方法将60例髋关节置换术后关节外源性慢性疼痛患者随机分为观察组和对照组各30例。两组均采用常规康复训练,观察组同时联合发散式体外冲击波治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后的疼痛视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分和Harris髋关节功能评分。结果治疗后,两组患者的疼痛VAS评分均低于治疗前,Harris髋关节功能评分均高于治疗前,且观察组疼痛VAS评分及Harris髋关节功能评分均优于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论与单纯常规康复训练比较,发散式体外冲击波联合康复训练治疗能更好地缓解髋关节置换术后关节外源性慢性疼痛,提高患侧髋关节功能。Objective To observe the efficacy of adjuvant radial extracorporeal shock wave therapy(ESWT)on exogenous chronic joint pain after hip replacement.Methods Sixty patients with exogenous chronic joint pain after hip replacement were randomly divided into observation group(n=30)and control group(n=30).Both groups received conventional rehabilitation training;besides,the observation group was treated with radial ESWT.The Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)pain scores and Harris hip function scores before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,VAS pain scores were lower and Harris hip function scores were higher in both groups as compared with those before treatment,and the observation group was superior to the control group in VAS pain scores and Harris hip function scores(all P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with simple conventional rehabilitation training,radial ESWT combine with rehabilitation training can better ameliorate exogenous chronic joint pain after hip replacement and improve hip joint function of affected side.
