“牵-屈-旋-定”法治疗Gartland Ⅱ、Ⅲ型肱骨髁上骨折的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探讨“牵—屈—旋—定”法治疗GartlandⅡ、Ⅲ型肱骨髁上骨折的临床效果。方法选取我院2018年1月至2019年9月收治的21例GartlandⅡ、Ⅲ型肱骨髁上骨折患儿,均采用“牵—屈—旋—定”法治疗。分析患儿的治疗效果及恢复情况。结果1例患儿出现钉道感染,2例患儿克氏针包埋于皮下,均经换药、拔出克氏针后伤口痊愈。21例患儿术后均复位满意、固定有效,其中优18例,良3例,优良率达100.00%。结论“牵—屈—旋—定”法治疗GartlandⅡ、Ⅲ型肱骨髁上骨折的临床效果显著,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of"traction-flexion-rotation-fixation"method in the treatment of Gartland typeⅡandⅢsupracondylar fracture of humerus.Methods A total of 21 children with Gartland typeⅡandⅢsupracondylar fracture of humerus in our hospital from January 2018 to September 2019 were selected and treated with"traction-flexion-rotation-fixation"method.The treatment effect and recovery of the children were analyzed.Results One child had a nail tract infection,and two children had Kirschner wires embedded under the skin,and the wound healed after changing dressing and pulling out Kirschner wire.All the 21 children had satisfactory reduction and effective fixation,of which 18 children were excellent and 3 children were good,and the excellent and good rate was 100.00%.Conclusion The"traction-flexion-rotation-fixation"method in the treatment of Gartland typeⅡandⅢsupracondylar fracture of humerus has a significant clinical effect,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
