摘　　要：目的观察七氟烷复合瑞芬太尼麻醉对腹腔镜手术患者生命体征稳定、苏醒效果的影响。方法将我院采用腹腔镜手术治疗的70例患者随机分为对照组(35例,丙泊酚复合瑞芬太尼麻醉)和观察组(35例,七氟烷复合瑞芬太尼麻醉)。观察两组的麻醉效果。结果观察组的苏醒时间、自主呼吸时间、定向力恢复时间及指令睁眼时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。T1、T2、T3时,观察组的MAP、HR、SV变化均较对照组平稳(P<0.05)。T2、T3时,观察组的Cor、NE、ET-1水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。苏醒时、苏醒后30、60 min,观察组的Ramsay评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);术后4、8 h,观察组的MMSE评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在腹腔镜手术中采用七氟烷复合瑞芬太尼麻醉利于维持生命体征稳定,可减少应激反应,有助于术后苏醒。Objective To observe the effects of sevoflurane combined with remifentanil anesthesia on the stability of vital signs and recovery effect of laparoscopic surgery patients.Methods Seventy patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery in our hospital were randomly divided into control group(35 cases,anesthetized with propofol combined with remifentanil)and observation group(35 cases,anesthetized with sevoflurane combined with remifentanil).The anesthetic effects of the two groups were observed.Results The recovery time,spontaneous breathing time,directional force recovery time and command eye opening time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).At T1,T2 and T3,the changes of MAP,HR and SV in the observation group were more stable than those in the control group(P<0.05).At T2 and T3,the levels of Cor,NE and ET-1 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).When wake up,30 and 60 min after recovery,the Ramsay score in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);at 4 and 8 h after operation,the MMSE score in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The sevoflurane combined with remifentanil anesthesiain laparoscopic surgery is beneficial to maintain the stability of vital signs,reduce stress response,and help postoperative recovery.
