摘　　要：目的观察本院制剂伤科黄水冷敷对复杂牙拔除术后出血、疼痛、肿胀及感染等并发症的影响。方法选取160例复杂牙患者,随机将其分为对照组和试验组,各80例。对照组常规进行冷敷术区,试验组则使用伤科黄水冷敷,比较两组的止血效果、疼痛、消肿及拔牙相关感染并发症发生情况。结果两组的止血总有效率比较,差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。术后24 h,试验组的VAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组术后1 d消肿总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组术后7 d拔牙相关感染并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论复杂牙拔除术后使用伤科黄水冷敷可有效减轻术区疼痛、肿胀,减少感染等并发症的发生。Objective To observe the effect of Shangke Huangshui cold compress after complicated dental extraction.Methods A total of 160 patients with complicated dental were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with 80 cases in each group.The control group was given routine cold compress in the operation area,while the experimental group was given Shangke Huangshui cold compress.The hemostatic effect,pain,reducing swelling and complications of dental extraction related infection were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of hemostasis between the two groups was compared,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).At 24 h after operation,the VAS score of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of reducing swelling at 1 d after operation in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications of dental extraction related infection at 7 d after operation in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Shangke Huangshui cold compress after complicated dental extraction can effectively reduce the incidences of pain,swelling,infection and other complications.
