理性情绪疗法在改善银屑病患者自尊状况中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨理性情绪疗法在改善银屑病患者自尊状况中的应用效果。方法选择2017年6月至2018年6月在本院接受治疗的88例银屑病患者设为研究对象,随机将其分成对照组与试验组,每组44例。对照组患者实施常规护理,试验组患者在此基础上通过理性情绪疗法进行护理干预。比较两组的干预效果。结果干预前,两组患者的自尊状况各项评分及总分无显著差异(P>0.05);干预后,试验组的自尊状况各项评分及总分高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预前,两组患者的SDS和SAS评分无显著差异(P>0.05);干预后,试验组的SDS和SAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预前,两组患者的治疗依从性评分无显著差异(P>0.05);干预后,试验组的治疗依从性评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论理性情绪疗法能有效改善银屑病患者自尊状况,提升患者心理健康水平以及生活品质。Objective To investigate application effect of rational emotion therapy in improving self-esteem status of patients with psoriasis.Methods A total of 88 patients with psoriasis treated in our hospital from June 2017 to June 2018 were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with 44 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the experimental group was intervened by rational emotion therapy on this basis.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results Before intervention,there were no significant differences in the each scores and total score of self-esteem status between the two groups(P>0.05);after intervention,the each scores and total score of self-esteem status in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Before intervention,there were no significant differences in SDS and SAS scores between the two groups(P>0.05);after intervention,the scores of SDS and SAS in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Before intervention,there was no significant difference in the treatment compliance score between the two groups(P>0.05);after intervention,the treatment compliance score of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Rational emotional therapy can effectively improve the self-esteem status,mental health and quality of life of patients with psoriasis.
