摘 要:由于工具结构的限制,端部脱砂技术在渤海油田压裂充填作业中并不适用,为减少工具砂卡风险,实现油井增产效果,我们运用了诱导脱砂的方法进行压裂充填。该文根据渤海油田给定井的资料和信息,对其进行了压裂充填模拟.在满足裂缝无因次导流能力的前提下,设计诱导脱砂压裂充填的施工:对施工砂量、泵注程序、施工压力、裂缝尺寸等参数进行优化.根据该设计施工的井,增产效果良好,稳产周期较长.同区块其他油井运用此项技术也达到了增产、稳产的效果,实践证明,诱导脱砂压裂充填技术能较好地应用于渤海油田。Due to the limitations of completion tool structure,tip screen out is not applicable for frac-pack operations in Bohai oilfield.In order to reduce the risk of completion tool sticking and increase the production,we used induced screen out for frac-pack instead.Referred to the given well data and information of Bohai oilfield,the frac-pack simulation was conducted under premise of ensuring effective dimensionless conductivity of cracks:optimizing the frac-pack design with proppant mass,pumping schedule,construction pressure,fracture size and other parameters.The well operated according to this design got good stimulation effect and long stable production period.Other wells which implemented the technique in this oilfield also achieved stimulated and stable production.It has been found that induced screen out frac-pack can be well used in the Bohai oilfield.
