摘  要:随着稠油开采规模逐步加大,孤六联稠油采出液破乳脱水难度增大,依靠提升脱水温度进行脱水大大增加了能耗,常规的聚氧乙烯、聚氧丙烯醚类非离子破乳剂对孤六联稠油脱水速度偏慢,最终脱水率偏低,严重影响了孤六联的正常生产。通过研制投加提高破乳剂脱水速度和最终脱水率的破乳增效剂,在55℃条件下可提高破乳剂脱水速度1倍以上,降低了原料油含水率,提高了加热效率。孤六联稠油采出液破乳脱水效率大幅提升,现场应用取得明显效果。With the increase of heavy oil production scale, the problem of oil-water separation is becoming more and more serious.The energy consumption is greatly increased by improving the dehydration temperature. Conventional non-ionic demulsifiers, such as polyoxyethylene and polyoxypropylene ether are slow in dehydration of heavy oil, and the final dehydration rate is low. By adding demulsifier synergist to improve the dehydration speed and final dehydration rate of demulsifier, the dehydration speed of demulsifier will be greatly increased by more than 1 time at 55 °C, water content of raw oil will be reduced and heating efficiency will be improved under the condition of lower temperature. The dehydration efficiency of Guliulian heavy oil is greatly improved,which meets the field production requirements.
