摘  要:根据中国保险汽车安全指数(C-IASI)提出的关于低重合率正面碰撞(SOFC)的评价试验(25%小偏置正面碰撞试验)及评价规范对某车型进行评价和优化。基于Pam-Crash求解器,使用有限元仿真法研究车身及门内防撞管在受到从车轮传递的不同方向的载荷条件下的变形情况及乘员舱的侵入量,并针对其中的防撞管出现的问题提出优化方案。研究表明,车门防撞管是否能有效支撑,对于乘员舱侵入量大小有显著的影响,通过增加车门防撞管支架的方案,能够有效防止防撞管脱出,增强防撞管安装稳定性。According to the evaluation criteria for the 25%offset small overlap frontal crash test in China automobile safety insurance index regulation(C-IASI),this paper analyzed the effect of wheel intrusion direction on anti-crash tubes in vehicle side doors by using the finite element solver PAM-CRASH.An optimized solution was also proposed in order to reduce the passenger compartment intrusion and to maintain the effectiveness of the car door anti-crash tube.This study has shown that the effectiveness of the car door anti-crash tube has a significant influence on the passenger compartment intrusion.Adding a support panel to the car door anti-collision tube can effectively prevent the tube from slipping out and can improve the installation of the anti-crash tube.
