摘  要:针对燃烧后碳捕集技术,自行搭建了双级串行鼓泡床-输运床耦合连续脱碳实验系统,利用K2CO3/Al2O3吸附剂研究了烟气中的初始水蒸气体积分数和二级补充水蒸气对系统脱碳能力的影响,并在优化运行参数的基础上进行了12 h连续脱碳实验.结果表明:不采用二级补水时,增加烟气中的初始水蒸气体积分数有利于提升第一级鼓泡床的脱碳能力,而对第二级的影响较弱.采用二级补水能有效改善第二级鼓泡床的脱碳能力,从而极大地提升系统的整体脱碳效率.除此之外,二级补水还可以对吸附剂进行活化,有效降低系统对烟气中初始水蒸气体积分数的依赖,并在CO2气氛下再生温度可以降低至200℃.基于优化运行参数,12 h连续稳定运行中系统平均脱碳效率达到93%,平均再生CO2纯度达到98%.Aimed at the post-combustion carbon capture technology,a two-stage integrated bubbling-transport bed system for continuous CO2 capture was set up.The effects of the initial water vapor concentration in flue gas and second-stage water vapor supplement on the CO2 capture capacity of the system were investigated using K2CO3/Al2O3 sorbents.Based on the optimal operating parameters,a 12-h continuous CO2 removal experiment was performed.The results show that with no second-stage water vapor supplement,the increase of the initial water vapor concentration was beneficial to the improvement of the first-stage CO2 capture capacity,while its influence on the second-stage bubbling bed was weak.The second-stage water vapor supplement can effectively promote the second-stage CO2 capture capacity,thus greatly improving the CO2 removal efficiency of the whole system.In addition,the second-stage water vapor supplement can activate the sorbent,which effectively reduced the dependence of the system on the initial water vapor concentration in flue gas and decreased the regeneration temperature to 200℃in the CO2 atmosphere.On the basis of the optimal operating paramseters,the average CO2 removal efficiency of the system reached 93%,and the average regeneration CO2 concentration reached 98%during the 12-h continuous experiment.
