摘 要:镁质熔剂性球团矿凭借其良好的经济性、冶金性能以及其生产工艺的环保性等优势,成为高炉理想的碱性炉料,发展高比例镁质熔剂性球团是炼铁节能减排、可持续"绿色"发展的主要方向。而镁质熔剂性球团矿的爆裂粉化特性,会加剧恶化回转窑结圈,成为当前制约其发展的重要瓶颈。提高球团矿入炉比例,高炉块状带空隙度降低,透气性恶化,炉内压差升高,炉况难行。因此,我国发展高比例镁质熔剂性球团炼铁,尚需要攻克一系列关键共性技术,并不断摸索总结出一套具有高度匹配性的高炉操作制度。Magnesia fluxed pellets have good environmental protection,economic and metallurgical properties,and become the better basic furnace burden of BF.The development of high proportion fluxed pellets is the main direction of energy saving and sustainable"green"development of ironmaking process.Because of the burst powder property of fluxed pellets,the kiln ring-forming is aggravated,which is an important bottleneck restricting the development of fluxed pellet technology.With the increasing proportion of the pellets into BF,the porosity of the massive zone is reduced,the permeability is deteriorated,the pressure difference is increased,and the furnace condition is difficult to operate.Therefore,in order to develop of high proportion fluxed pellets ironmaking in China,a series of key common technologies need to be conquered,and a set of blast furnace operation system with high matching needs to be explored and summarized.
