摘　　要：介绍了转炉激光测厚仪的组成及工作原理。通过激光测厚仪动态监测了2#转炉炉役中后期炉体各部位内衬厚度的变化数据,对炉衬的侵蚀情况进行研究。根据激光测厚仪的测量数据,对炉衬薄弱部位进行了针对性的维护,减少了补炉料的用量,提高了生产效率,达到延长炉衬寿命的目的。The composition and working principle of laser thickness gauge for converter are introduced.The dynamic monitoring data of lining thickness of 2#BOF in the middle and later period of service were obtained by the laser thickness gauge,and the erosion of lining was studied.According to the laser thickness measurement data,targeted maintenance for weak parts of the furnace lining is carried out,the amount of charging material is reduced,the production efficiency is improved,and the purpose of prolonging the lining life is achieved.
