摘　　要：介绍了安钢第一炼轧厂1#精炼炉控制系统的组成及各系统的功能,针对系统存在的问题进行了分析,并提出了相应的升级和改造措施。通过对系统进行升级和改造,使该系统运行更加稳定,降低了能源的消耗,有效提升了精炼炉的生产效率。This paper introduces the composition and functions of the control system of the 1#refining furnace in angang No.1 refining and Rollong Plant,analyzes the problems existing in the system,and puts forward the corresponding upgrading and renovation measures.By upgrading and reforming the system,the system runs more stably,reduces the energy consumption and effectively improves the production efficiency of the refining furnace.
