摘　　要：面对重大疫情引发的公共交通安全问题引起了世界各国政府的高度重视。城市轨道交通作为城市公共交通的骨干,因其具有运量大、搭乘便捷和绿色环保等特点,已成为当下世界很多城市居民出行的首选。从公共交通安全保卫实战工作需要出发,对重大疫情下城市轨道交通安全保卫开展研究具有十分重要的现实意义。只有充分认识重大疫情给城市轨道交通安全保卫工作带来的巨大挑战,切实加强法律法规体系建设,制订并完善工作预案,建立健全应对疫情的联防联控工作机制,加大监管力度和巡检密度,并依托先进的科技手段,实现精准防控,有效提升城市轨道交通安全保卫的能力,才能切实为公众建立起疫情防控的铜墙铁壁,为公众平安出行构筑起交通安全的生命防线。The problem of public transport safety caused by the major epidemic has attracted great attention of governments all over the world.As a backbone of urban public transport,urban rail transport has become the first choice for many urban residents in the world because of its characteristics such as large capacity,convenient transportation and green environmental protection.Started by public transport security in practice,the research on urban rail transport security in the situation of major epidemic is of great practical significance.Only by fully understanding enormous challenges for urban rail transport security brought about by the major epidemic,strengthening construction of legal system,formulating and improving contingency plans,establishing and improving joint prevention and control mechanism in response to the epidemic,strengthening supervision and inspection,and relying on advanced technology to realize precise control and effectively improve the ability of urban rail transport security,can we effectively establish a strong“iron wall”in prevention and control of the epidemic and build a life line of transport safety for the public.
