基于经脏司控谈针刺在脾胃病治疗上的应用

摘　　要：人体以经络为联系,通过其规律的循行、复杂的联络交会将五脏、六腑、四肢百骸、形体官窍联系起来,形成一个有机整体。本文以经脏司控举一反三,以"同病异治""异病同治"为理论入点,从"多经司控一病"以及"一经司控多病"对脾胃疾病的针刺疗法进行浅述,更深一步的了解针刺疗法的机理以及针刺与疾病的关系,以为以后临证治疗提供更全面的帮助。The human body is connected by meridians and collaterals.Through its regular patrol and complex contact meeting,the five zang organs,six Fu organs,four limbs and hundreds of skeletons,body and official orifices are connected to form an organic whole.Based on the theory of"treating the same disease in different ways"and"treating different diseases with the same diseases"as the theoretical entry point,this paper discusses the acupuncture therapy of spleen and stomach diseases from the perspective of"multi meridians controlling one disease"and"one channel controlling multiple diseases",so as to further understand the mechanism of acupuncture therapy and the relationship between acupuncture and diseases,which provides more comprehensive help for clinical treatment in the future.
